In the event that the product received differs from the item that was originally ordered, a replacement will be furnished within a 10-day timeframe.

To facilitate the resolution of any issues pertaining to your purchased product, we may utilize various methods such as virtual tools, telephonic assistance, or an in-person technical intervention.

In the Returns Window, if a flaw is discovered, an identical model will be substituted without any additional charge.

During open box deliveries, if a dissimilar or impaired product is received while accepting the order, an immediate refund will be provided for cash-on-delivery orders. After accepting an open box delivery, no return requests will be entertained, except for flaws in the manufacturing process. In such cases, category-specific replacement or return general terms and conditions will apply.

In the event that we are unable to process a replacement for any reason, a reimbursement will be granted.

If the serial number or IP/MAC address of the product does not correspond to our records or is not in accordance with the invoice, the field executive will decline to accept the return.
