Does Home & Roam® deliver internationally?

We ship to all European countries, the United States, and the United Kingdom. We are a future Export Oriented Unit (EoU).

Please fill out this form to place an order if you are from the United Arab Emirates or the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Customers from other regions can make purchases directly from our online store. For international orders, we accept all major debit and credit cards including American Express, as well as Apple Pay and PayPal. Please note that international orders do not qualify for free shipping.


All prices on our site are in INR (Indian Rupee). Your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate.


The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Home & Roam® has no control over these charges, nor can Home & Roam® predict what they may be.


Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

  1. Providing a valid phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
  2. Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
  3. We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs. Please be informed, return charges will be deducted from the invoice value.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping processing time

All orders are processed within 2hrs.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation notification once your order has been dispatched, containing your tracking number(s). You can also track your order using the 'Orders' or 'Order Status' link in the footer section of our website.
