To repair an item that is covered under warranty in India, the U.S., the EU, or the UK, fill out the claim form.

Once you’ve completed the form, you’ll receive an email with detailed instructions.

Limited Warranty Policy and Guidelines

Home & Roam® branded products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year. This warranty protects only the original owner, only if no modifications were made to the product.

If Home & Roam® branded product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the product without charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. This warranty does not cover consequential damages or any other losses arising from any defect of the product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.

International customers use the same process except Home & Roam will not credit previously paid customs and duties.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the above warranty at any time without prior notice.
